All contracts come with unlimited telephone and email advice* so you can contact us with any questions or ideas you may want to discuss with regards to your IT systems.

Freedom IT Support Contract
Designed for small businesses with up to 5 computer users
Our Freedom contract guarantees you have a Microsoft Certified technical contact to hand. Contract includes up to 48 telephone & remote dial-in support incidents and up to 12 hours on-site engineer time throughout the year.
Remote IT Support Contract
Designed for those with multiple offices or customers further afield, our Remote contract gives comprehensive Microsoft Certified telephone & remote dial-in support for server and user problems.
Embrace IT Support Contract
Designed for larger single site networks that require minimum downtime. It includes 4 hour on-site server response, replacement parts & on-site labour (fix only) and unlimited telephone & remote dial-in support.

When a support agreement is not suitable we offer Pay-As-You-Go support. With this service you get the same high level of technical help, and we aim to respond as quickly as possible, but in busy times our contract customers will come first. If you have no need for specific response times then this is the service for you.
